Emergency Response Exercises:

AEPS designs, facilitates, controls and evaluates emergency response exercises for both public and private sector entities. Our exercises challenge and evaluate written plans that may be in place to identify strengths, short-falls or gaps.

We are available to provide a wide variety of assistance to our customers ranging from total design, implementation, control and evaluation of workshops, tabletop or full-scale exercises to simply consulting and assisting an “in house” design and evaluation team. We provide an outside, 3rd party, unbiased approach which allows for a practical, fair and authentic testing of procedures. Training:

Agosti EPS offers a multitude of training programs available to both public and private sector personnel and locations covering simple to complex matters. We specialize in training preparation for incidents of mass violence, fire science, fire suppression, fire investigation, incident management and insurance fraud identification. All training programs are customizable in content and length to meet the needs of our clients

No matter what your training need, we can locate or design a program and deliver a high-powered competent instructional staff. We also coordinate training events by sending invitations, acquiring resources, managing the training site, feed participants and conduct evaluations.

Threat and Risk Assessments

AEPS is available to review your facility, demographics, reputation, environment, and history along with other measurable aspects to determine your level of vulnerability. We will make recommendations to fix any weaknesses, physical security concerns, and your overall image to better fortify your facility and deter a possible attacker. Simple non-invasive improvements can often provide added security with minimal investment.

Consulting Services/Problem Management:

Agosti EPS offers a wide variety of consulting services involving emergency preparedness. We tackle tough issues ranging from service provider consolidations and mergers to facility planning. We are available to assist with emergency contingency preparations for planned events, incident action plan development, after action reports and corrective action plans. AEPS personnel are experts in the field of incident management. We provide customizable training programs in accordance with the National Incident Management System for both public and private sector organizations. AEPS will train your personnel to properly manage any type of incident from routine to incidents requiring multiple operational periods. AEPS also provides incident management training to organizations preparing for planned events such as concerts, festivals, demonstrations, rallies and sporting events.
